Created by Grace Mary Carolyn Harrison, The Curveball is a student-produced sports talk show created at The University of La Verne. Covering both MLB and Division III NCAA baseball teams, The Curveball delivers engaging conversation, bold hot takes and exclusive interviews with collegiate athletes. 

 

After developing the idea of The Curveball for her senior thesis in January 2024, Grace was quickly able to recruit more than twenty students for her production. From pre-production to post-production, the show was built from the ground up by a passionate group of students who filled every role both on-screen and behind the camera.

 

Aside from creating The Curveball, Grace also served as the production’s showrunner, director and editor.
